Yesterday. 10/4/16 bottle that’s drinking fantastic right now. Leather, cedar, Brussels basement, oak, lemon, and tart minerals. Minimal acidity, tastes like it’s a lot older than 8 years. 4.4

Drinking beautifully right now. Cantillon Geuze needs a fair amount of time in my experience, but around that 6-7 year mark it really starts to shine.

Oh man. Time has been kind to this fella. After 8 years it is still so god damn balanced. The tart and funk intermingles beautifully while not one nor the other take the upper hand. Still has a deliciously light body that makes it that much more crushable
