Starting the new year in style. Absolutely bursting with juicy ripe apricots, fleshy green apples, lemon citrus, touch of vinegar, like drinking an apricot cider out on the orchard. Funky and oaky, bright and effervescent, tart not overpowering. Balanced.

Very sofe apricots with some funk and oak barrel. Low acidity and easy drinking. Yummy! 4.35 rating.

Abrikoos nog steeds aanwezig, maar veel meer naar de achtergrond verdrongen door zuurheid. Nog steeds lekker, maar geef mij maar de jonge!

Aivan mieletön. Happamuus loistava, ei hinkkaa vastaan. Paljon puhuttu aprikoosi tuntuma hivelee miellyttävästi

My second bottle. After tasting Zenne y Frontera, basically the gold standard, this appears slightly less complex. But that insanely fresh fruit along classic Cantillon funky smoothness, justifies upholding the ultra high rating. A hair below Zenne though

Small short-lived but regenerable head, residual carb and lacing in glass. Huge apricot nose, palate brings that plus a big sourness that wasn’t there when fresh. Dryer finish but mouthwatering linger. Very different already after just ~14 months.

Fou battle. 19 was more acidic with the lambic already jumping at the forefront. Some cantillon lemon oak coming through. Sour apricot candy is what I stick by! Amazing pairing with a vanilla infused panna cotta

obviously great, but not as full of punchy fruit as I remember last year's being. instead, nice dry balance of Brett and juice

Great but inferior to 2018 and 2020. Acidic and funky without any massive apricot tones.
