Second to last bottle and, although it’s been 3 years since my last, very little has changed with it. Fearful it may decline from here, not being the strongest of vintages. Time will see I guess.

The most acidic Cantillon I've had so far! After the initial sour hit, got complex cheese-like funk, an oakiness akin to 3F, and perfumey apricot in the background. I would have liked a little more fruit, but I guess that's the cost of having this aged.

Prefer this fresh but still very good. Apricot is more present in aroma. Acidity is stronger than when fresh

20Aug2019. Great fruit, light funk. The apricot is very present in this one.
