Starting the new year in style. Absolutely bursting with juicy ripe apricots, fleshy green apples, lemon citrus, touch of vinegar, like drinking an apricot cider out on the orchard. Funky and oaky, bright and effervescent, tart not overpowering. Balanced.

My second bottle. After tasting Zenne y Frontera, basically the gold standard, this appears slightly less complex. But that insanely fresh fruit along classic Cantillon funky smoothness, justifies upholding the ultra high rating. A hair below Zenne though

This one had a strong plum flavor that was just fantastic. Never had a fou like it (including previous bottles of 2019)

Wooo ça cest funky, fruité à souhait style abricot, acidulée, boisée, sucrée et soft. Awesome!

Well this is in a really good place! 2 years is a really nice amount of fruit, funk and sour. Especially nice to have after barleywine! Edit: man this guy is drinking so good, I had to bump the score. This is incredible right now

Almost perfect as 2020 is. But prefer the 2020 a tiny bit more. Overall i just love fresh Fou ❤️😍. Absolutely great Beer 🍻
