This remains a beautiful brew. The stone fruit filling out the lambic with fulness and warmth. Goes rather well with dinner. Yum.

Bouchon désagrégé, assez peu d'abricot dans celle ci. Mais gros funk, et très douce.

Still - amazing as always. About 1y.o fou is my fave. Great balance of acidity, funk and fruit

Toujours un régal ! L'abricot s'est un peu estompé et l'acidité acétique est beaucoup plus prononcée.
