Duft av eplecidereddik, litt druestein&aprikos. Smak av eplecidereddik med trykk på eplecider, mye, men avrundet druestein, aprikos inkl aprikosstein&litt melkesyre. Sprudlende, noe bruspulveraktig mf. Har utviklet seg siden sist, 1/2 år siden. T200819.

Aug 27, 2019 batch - celebrating the day we were supposed to get married with one of our favorite beers 🍻. This one had more minerals, slightly more tart, still awesome though

#6: subtiele zure abrikoosjes. Wauw een zeer lekker sour.

Aging great, apricots still at the front line. Acidity is welcomed. Softer than '18 by a good margin.

"Vi drikker bare sjask" lød beskeden. Det ku' godt blive en arrogant aften. Mere funk end 18eren, som jeg nok var vildere med. Kan stadig bære 4.50.
