Muchísimo aroma a establo (cuero, pasto, algo de bosta incluso), mineral, sulfurosa. En boca dulce como caramelo, acidez fuerte pero no molesta, floral, Pitaya y un final más dulce que seco. Menos efervescente que otras

Ni idea de sabores del Rhubard, pero en el primer sorbo te seca la boca, paladar y lengua, artringente a morir. En olor cuero/establo en harta presencia. Después del 3er/4to sorbo la empiezas a querer. Al final hay un cítrico escondido ¿Naranja?

We need more rhubarb lambics, because this is fantastic. Seems like an earthy fruit (vegetable?) is a great way to pull funky flavor out of a yeast profile that would otherwise be just an acid bomb.

FLN. Had this on tap, but first bottle of this vintage. Very young tasting with fresh herbals, bright citrus, gunpowder, flint, and lemon juice. Preferred the Zwanze tap, but let’s give it some time. 3.9
