Incredible. Biased to rhubarb, but this just crushes. Need some hygge to share.

If you get rhubarb right, I’ll give you a 5. Rhubarb, beet, and asparagus are tough to get right

once it warms up a bit this is right up there with foufone for me. tart but so well balanced by the sour side of things

Beings me back a bit to when my grandmother would give me rhubarb dipped in sugar. More tart than traditional Cantillion and give the outward appearance of some acetic tartness, but it's in the background with the rhubarb. Fabulous beer.

Had on Zwanze day. Absolutely incredible rhubarb tartness and very refined, understated funk.

Funky, dirty delicious, puckering rhubarb, gooseberry goodness, some oak, superbly dry finnish. Unique and great!

Ending (for now) this second Quintessence 2022 day. One of my favourites. Like the rhubarb notes. Tarty. Sour. Dry finish. Fresh. (Biased)

Also spectacular. Much lighter profile than the others tonight. Straight rhubarb juice. Quite tart, but not in rubbery territory. A bit like blackberries and plum, too. Has that slightly seedy vibe.

Beautiful lambic. Nice rhubarb flavors and less sour than others I’ve had
