Carb heavy, full of funk with a real sweet acidic aftertaste. Has nice woody/oaky finish to it!

25 Nov 2018. Slight copper-hued body, a touch darker than bio. A mild sherry background throughout, lemon, cobwebs and that signature brewery funk. Damp hay. Lighter medium bodied, good carbonation. Has a mildly oaky, slightly oxidized finish.

Really enjoyed this one. Port notes, dried raisins to start followed by slight phenolic funk.

Port flavor is subtle, a bit more in the nose. Basically a pleasantly sweet gueuze.

Funk, wet barrel, port, barnyard aromas. Medium body and smooth mouthfeel. In mouth funk, sour, dry, light winey and bitter character. Complex and tasty

Als begeleider bij diner van Zout & Citroen. Bokke Mia ligt mooi te rusten in de kast, na 45 minuten schudden in het handschoenkastje 😜
