13-May-'19, .75cl. Zero pop upon de-cork, clean cap. Poured with thin, unstable head but intense cherry nose rose up from the glass. Juicy red fruit, lemony twang, cheesy funk and some tannin (!?) on the finish?

Well, it's the gateway beer, folks. Have anyone who says "Oh, I don't like beer..." try this one. Have them try any Lambic for that matter. They will thank you later.
