Lovely. Fruity, zesty, dry, floral, slightly yeasty and well balanced with tartness and funk. Amazing stuff, and a great hybrid.

Latest batch, 14 Oct 2020 bottle date. Fantastic creamy carbonation, light funk, oak, fruity, tart, floral and dry. Definitely more enjoyable than the St Lamvinus I drank earlier tonight.

Acidité prononcée sans être trop forte. Il faut deviner le raisin mais le résultat est très équilibré.

Eerste keer met Viognier druiven ipv Muscat. Herinner me het niet genoeg om een verschil te proeven. Gebotteld oktober '20, ideaal nu het wat begint op te warmen, echt wel zo een zomers bier. Heerlijke druifjes met een enorm dorstlessend karakter!

Vineuse a souhait. Raisin blanc astringeant mais délicat, notes de pommes vertes. Sèche, douce et complexe. Je garde ça court, mais c’est une expérience incroyable

Sans être extravagante, elle a la caractéristique des grandes bières, tu peux la boire en solo. Fine carbo, belle aromatique (même si on perçoit peu l'apport du Viognier), une touche fermière façon cidre, un peu de rondeur. Un bel équilibre 👌

Wenn schon Cantillon on tap ist, muss man es auch mitnehmen! Vigneronne wird seit letztem Jahr mit Vignoir Grapes hergestellt. Es ist etwas dunkler als die normale Geuze. Etwas mehr bräunlich und trüber. Es duftet richtig schön funky, leicht holzig,

I love those bottles that walk the line between wine and beer. Has the lemony lambic funk and the white grapes definitely come through. Big fan.
