Vigneronne 2015-2021 vertical, 3/7 Punch of sour & fruity goodness

Peach/nectarine, light floral notes, salinity, hay, citrus. As it opens more cheese rind and leather. Beautiful bottle but could easily go a few more years for the base lambic to develop and meld. Felt like a Vig kind of night!

Un peu surette, raisin, un peu boisée. Je lui trouve presque une touche de griotte.

Vivid lambik although wery mild and drinkable. Apricot, lychee, pineapple, sweet pepper, hint of tobacco. Some burning aftertaste but very good. Cantillon is ruling!

3 aastat on muutnud maitse happelisemaks, tsipake on juurde tulnud natuke metalsust, puuviljasus on säilinud, viinamarjasus korralik. Mulle meeldib.

Très nice! Gros fruité, grappa vieux raisin, marc de raisin, beau funk, un peu cheesy! Avec jade!
