Wenn schon Cantillon on tap ist, muss man es auch mitnehmen! Vigneronne wird seit letztem Jahr mit Vignoir Grapes hergestellt. Es ist etwas dunkler als die normale Geuze. Etwas mehr bräunlich und trüber. Es duftet richtig schön funky, leicht holzig,

Hello again friend. What's it been? 3 years? Dry, spicy, musty and slight melon out of the bottle. Great silky texture. Low acidity. I love the grape skin retronasal. Pretty subtle out of the bottle but it warmed up wonderfully and the grapes came out.

Olor y sabor a vinagre, muy ácido, luego notas afrutadas, a uva y con un retrogusto terroso y a algo más. Cuerpo muy ligero. Es seca.

Things make a bit more sense now. Cantillon, Allagash, and Russian River takeover at Novare. So delicious. Fresh white grapes, oak, a bit of smokiness, a bit of char. Lots of hay and yeasty funk, but stays crisp. Doesn’t make you pucker too much.

Like this Viognier grape version better than the muscat grapes. Buttery grapes, not unlike a chardonnay, along with jammy, sweet golden raisins but without the sugary sharpness. Mild melon, a bit of balsamic vinegar and a hat like finish
