Although Lambic by origin, this brew resembles a true Gose due its salty, citric and tartaric tastes... and lack of the rest of the wide spectrum of characteristic flavours in Lambics (from sweetness up to rotten egg). Anyway, that's a good one.

ルバーブ苦手だしなあと思ってたけど、ルバーブはフレーバーに飛んでいってCANTILLONの酸味と柔らかな苦味カビ臭さ果実感といったらしさを味わえるボトルになってる、あーこんな味わいになるんだーいいなー

A rhubarb lambic that actually works. A clear aroma of rhubarb. Not too acidic.

Que alegría encontrarte 2 botellas de esto despues de casi 4 años de guarda. El ruibardo se nota y le da un punto destacable. Acida, algo terrosa y crujiente.
