2020 version - Season 19/20 Bottling date: 17 June 2020 Blend of rhubarb with one and two year-old Lambic One tank of rhubarb lambic transferred into a recently emptied raspberry lambic tank before bottling. Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note. Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.

So darn good. The rhubarb is coming through so nicely. Really enjoyable abeit a bit onesided. But as a beer for early summer it is hard to find something better.

Sèche, aciditée très bien intégré pour le style. Très bon gout de rhubarbe, tout en netteté et fraicheur. Sinon c'est en finesse, élégance et facile à boire pour le genre. Bu lors d'une dégustation de 4 gueuzes à la rhubarbe. .
