BL to TMOH Blind Tasting Night! Quite indistinct rhubarb at this point..

Special release at Dageraad. Dry. A little doggy and clam on the nose in a good way. A clean dog and beachy. A little butter note comes through as it warms slightly. The taste is like an under sweetened rhubarb pie. Great unique sour.

Beautiful Lambic. Hugely wild, aggressive. Rustic, leathery, dry, spiced. Great Bretta. Funky and moldy. Rhubarb and strawberry. Hay, cereal core. Woody, oakey. So many layers. Elegant and classy. Low-medium bodied, silky, pillowy, spritzy. Easy. Amazing.

Beautiful rustic. Funky, moldy, leathery. Barn, hay, Brett. Farm grip. Punchy rhubarb. Apple. Acidic. Woody, oakey. So classy, elegant. A lil' malt/grain feel. Base sweetness. Low-medium bodied, silky, almost smooth, low carb. Almost flat. Astringent. VG

Leite pobre deliciosamente pra todo lado. Ainda bem selvagem e seca, uma temporada no barril cairia bem. Ainda assim, uma baita breja, final marcante e refrescante.

From last night at LHK. Happy New Year! Nath 2017-2022 vertical. My favorite was 2019, followed by 2020 and 2021, 2017, 2022 and 2018. Love love love rhubarb. Not quite as rhubarb forward and piquant as 2019
