2020 version - Season 19/20 Bottling date: 17 June 2020 Blend of rhubarb with one and two year-old Lambic One tank of rhubarb lambic transferred into a recently emptied raspberry lambic tank before bottling. Beer with a tangy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates its subtlety and its end note. Long conservation beer, with an evolving taste.

Moins plaisant que la bouteille de la même année mais c'est bien en réchauffant. Assez sur le côté terreux de la rhubarbe, comme s'ils avait utilisé le pied sans le rincer haha
