Hele goede gueuze. Medium zuur en nu al behoorlijk complex. Ik ga maar eens een paar wat oudere jaargangen proberen.

3.9. Croute de fromage, faible longueur, carbonatation trop importante, pas ce côté citron léger que j’avais dans la 2020. J’accuserais plus les conditions de conservation que la bière elle-même. Voir comme elle évolue dans de meilleures conditions.

Poured golden amber. Nice funky aroma with hint of oak. Very subtle tasting notes of stone fruit grapes and fig. Dry mouthfeel towards the end. Became sweeter and more complex as it warmed. Thanks for bringing this in

Lemony, vinegary, light funk, slight sweetness. Acidic on the nose, bretty on the palate. Just what I was craving. Always have a bunch of these in your cellar. Now David S. send some Girardin please 😂🧡

Had a Taster last October (2019) with The Roaming Bottle Share peeps. Enjoyed it so much that I bought a whole bottle for myself. Mmm, typical muggy sour Gueuze aroma. Nicely sour with hints of green Apples 🍏. Bottled 6th December 2018

Funky, lemony, tart, green apple. Smooth and nicely balanced. Enjoying this vintage.
