OG Friday 🚂🚂🚂 On revisite pour une 5e fois, apparament 😆 Hyper soft, borderline inoffensive, avec la petite touche âcre de raifort typique. Somme toute balancée, mais ouais, je les préfère avec un peu plus de punch. L'acidité un brin trop marquée.

LCI from the Masters share. November 2018 bottle. Ultra young/bright at this point in time, but thanks for sharing Keith G. Lots of vinegar, burnt lemon, lactic acid, and twang.

Heavy lacto, grapefruit, mild acidity. Not much funk on this one yet. Drinking well.

Eple, aprikos, vanilje og krydder. Mye treverk i smak. Lang ettersmak. Noe opplevd restsødme. Fantastisk bra.

Funk. Goats. Damp straw. Apricot. White grape skins. Pink peppercorns. Waxy yuzu peel. Raisins. Clove. Cooking apples. Dry tannic acidity but no harshness. Surprisingly high bitterness that lingers for quite a long time. Complex but light and not fussy.

Lovely. Sweet sour and funk, much more on white fruits and sweet cider.

Väike pudel, brew season 2018/19, pudeldatud 13.12.2018. Klassikalike Cantilloni funk, mõõdukalt hapukas, nisu, tamm ja kuiv humala mõrudus. Kuigi maitsest ei ütleks, siis hammastes tunneb ka happelisust. Hea.
