Stunning beer. Funky sourness very much present but tempered by a little bit of ageing. A treat.

Amazing as i remembered, aroma of hey, leather and yeast with some fruity notes. In mouth is smooth and very dry, delicate flavor of stone fruit and grape, yeast, slightly sweet, funky and sour, light hints of wood in the background.

Great as always, drinking fresh, touch of sherry vinegar, not too funky, nor dry, a bit mushroomy and nicely acidic.
