Unique. Heavy white grapes, moderate acidity, odd finish. I am curious how this one evolves over many years, but tastes too young at the moment.

Not as gruesome as the previous bottle of Racine I had (which was a different vintage) and actually quite nice. Very long finish on this one.

Light, fruity apples, pears, spritzy and refreshing. Glorious starter beer. Second pouring has a light funk.

Lucid, yellow to gold beer. Nose: apple, white grape, white wine, very remote whitepepper. Taste: white wine, white grape, sour apple, a bit of raw gooseberry, modest wild yeast, lemon zest and a hint of elegant elements.
