Subtle taste. Not that acidic, also has some sweet apple-like, grapy taste. Seriously tart end which is nice. Not that complex, but quite nice.

Think I'm the only person to check this in on cask but it definitely came from a hand pull. Very dry.

0,2 fra flaska. Svak aroma av sykkelslange. Sure og funky grønne druer med bitre skall. OK.

ボトル。一番上。かなり綺麗な。少しパン。ちょっと甘やかなフルーティさ。あれ？こんなんだけっけ？びっくり。葡萄からりんごのニュアンス。美味いのは間違いないが、ランビックでは無い、と言いたくなる印象。大底は、ああ、濁り出てちょっとランビックらしい香りと熟成感、抜け感と甘味。タップほどの酸味はなく、むしろ今回はタップの方が良かったなあ。いや、特に上は別の酒としての美味さが圧倒的だった。

Bottled October 21. Quit a bit of vinegar throughout. You do get the grape but I wouldn’t say it was the best but it’s certainly not the worse
