Acidic of course, the Cantillon way, and grapes add a complexity which is welcome,

Would say it’s probably the best lambic I’ve had but don’t think I’m a fan of the style. Acidic fruit, like a strong sour almost.

Vigneronne is beter dan ik mij herinner. Mild zuur en mooi zoetig van de witte druif. Lambiek zit wel heel ver op de achtergrond.
