A great beer for an even better celebration. The sweetness of the berries balanced well with the tartness. Reminded me of Sang Bleu

Sat on this for way too long but such a treat from the bottle and I fully see the appeal. Lots of raspberry jam, vanilla, blueberry, nice funk, some mild acidity and bitterness. Very Bokke like in nature albeit not as bold. 4.4.

Nez sur la framboise. Clou de girofle, aneth, graine de coriandre, petits fruits, vanille heureusement discrète. Éparpillé, un peu mais, pas désagréable.
