Eindelijk! 😍 Scherp, framboos, veel bosbes, klein bitter accentje, jeneverbesje, citroentje, aards, pitjes, toasted kantje. Droog einde, vervolgens een confituurtaartje in de nagalm.

Hij begint zacht en eindigt hard. Fruit, gist en zuur. In die volgorde. Het fruitzuur blijft hangen. Morgenochtend nog steeds aanwezig. Dat kan niet anders. 🔥🔥

Interesting to compare with previous tasting notes. Last time the blueberry was up front, this time it’s the raspberry and vanilla dominating. The blueberry contributes with tannins, and dryness, but is really not particularly strong this time.
