Apricot and green apple.. but also nail polish with a mouldy cellar edge. The taste is quite mellow and rounded, but a central vein of tartness and funk keeps things interesting. Lactic silk arrives late and stays timid.

Mahlane, mõõdukas mineraalsus, korralik hape. Üllatavalt mahlane ja puuviljane gueuze kohta. Ohtlikult kergelt libisev lambic. Hea.

Pitää käydä ostamassa toinen varastoon. Tuoreena erittäin maukasta, mutta valmistaja suosittelee pitempää varastointia tälle.

La perdante de ma dégustation de deux produits à l'aveugle. Autant au nez qu'en bouche, un fort côté boisé se fait sentir. Le cork se décomposait. C'est plus sucré que son compétiteur 3F. Petit côté métallique. Effervescence plutôt faible.
