Så skulle cremen af cremen altså prøves. Dejlig kirsebær lambic. God sour, fin kirsebær smag, men kunne godt bruge lidt mere sødme. Sour delen er lidt i retning af Duchess de Bourgogne. Ellers rigtig lækker. Men må igen sige at Boon stadig er på toppen.

7 Feb 75cl. Jammy almost raspberry fruit but the acid is too harsh. Had it with a sweet potato-carrot-chickpea tagine and it would’ve gone well aside from the acidity.

LCI. Cherry tart, almond, soap. Something violet about it. Very dry, not too sour. Something grassy, floral. Good year!

Bottled 19 Nov 2020 = drink this fresh!! Lots of sweet cherry jamminess and marzipan- and tangy acidity with a very smooth mouthfeel overall!!!
