September bottling. Fairing nicely! Cherry is less vibrant but has full complexity, herbaceousness and some umami.

Med knækket prop og bøvl får vi hældt op. Kirsebær, et lille jordbær, stald, lort, skovbund og vildtgær i hele bæret. Ja, hvor smager det fantastisk, mundfølelsen er intens og vild! Elsker cantillion!

Bottled sept 2020, drinking quite nicely today. Deep dark cherry, a touch of burnt hair, fruity with mild acidity and a bit of funk development.

Oh my Lordie. Silky smooth tart cherries, touch of funk, sweet almond & marzipan and very minor acidity. Every drop was a joy. Celebrating a good weeks punting.

Bree always pics the big bottles for her birthday! This new vintage is really interesting - has an almond undertone. Very soft mouthfeel, almost creamy. Acidity is perfect.

Just as good as ever. Brilliant deep rouge colour, pungent cherry and raspberry aroma. Hit with tart red fruit flavours, and zesty lemon, with mild funk at the back. Finishes with more sour cherry and dry. Perfectly balanced and perfect for celebration

Perfect gebalanceerde zuurheid. Sappige kriekjes. Kriekengebakje met kaneel. Prachtig bier.
