Outstanding! Slight funk in nose and body with a solid oak background and nice woodiness. Fruit flavors of cantaloupe and melon help build and hold the palate nicely. A hint of pepper that got a little more apparent as it warmed up. Really good. 4.5

Lucky enough to score a bottle. Nice mature gueuze—plenty of sour barnyard character, orange pith-y bitterness, firm barrel presence. Mouthfeel a bit more creamy than usual for this style, but in a good way

Took a while to open up. Def get the wine barrel and cognac barrel notes. A little oxidized on the nose. Not as good as 2011 label but maybe a few more yrs

27th April bottle. Lovely slight initial sweetness, funky medium-sour finish. Undertones of wood and an interesting musty cheese rind note. Lightly spritzy, lively texture. Thanks Stuart G.

Yes! Zeer zachtzurig. Mooie balans tussen hout en zurigheid, beetje gist. Muffe hooizolder. Typische Cantillon funk.
