Embouteillée en 12/2016 Notes de bouchon boisée très houblonnée légèrement aigre. En bouche c'est boisé, léger pétillant fruité comme du cidre avec un côté floral herbacé avec un goût acide mais pas trop agressif avec une belle longueur en bouche.

There is no perfect blend between tart and funky as this. Apricots and peaches with a beach and farmhouse aroma that cannot be replicated.

Hout, grassig, stro en licht kruidig in dee geur. Stro, hout en wat kruidig in de smaak. Wat wrange en houtige afdronk.

Wild funk strikes. Moderate astringency, less puckering than other Cantillons. Good hops.

Blasts off massive amounts of old oak and funk, continues a little astringent, citrus and pine from the dry hopping bring all flavors into harmonious perfection. World-class.

Drinking really nice. Love the tiny bit of dry hopped character to the Gueuze.
