What a great tour! Its incredible to see the amount of exclusive bottles you can try here. This one is so peculiar. Vinegar vibes (?), tart, champagneish, very dry, earthy, woody, grapes. So complex. So good

4.55. Citrus acid. Very cheesy and citrusy. Even a little bit nose of black current?! So aromatic on nose.

This one is the oldest beer I've tasted yet. Quite complex. Carbonation is still holding up . Very woody and a bit bitter. 4.40

À l'aveugle avec 4 autres gueuzes. Flat par rapport aux autres, sent fraîche. Florale, fruits tropicaux, abricots dans le tapis, noyau, fruit séché, mais un peu de verni au travers de tout ça, ça va s'estomper. Demeure la plus acide de loin.

Purchased at brewery in 2015. Surprisingly sweet and fruity. Very interesting that the barnyardy funk faded to lemony tart. Still A+ beer.

31 Jan 2014 bottling. Sharp edges are largely smoother down. Distinctly sour, but light on acetic character. Nice underlying earthiness to provide backbone.
