Cantillon tasting #4 - This ia much fruitier than the others, the raspberry is very prominent and isn't dominated by the fermented stable flavor..sour and funky, but smooth enough to be more enjoyable for me

Definitely tart. Whole lot of cherries. Pours with a striking pink. Mild funk that I feel will slowly develop over time.

Fantastic red fruit sour with a drip of funky/musty/barnyard dank that’s just right & balanced. Aging Belgians is one weird trick; just drink ‘em crisp & fresh y’all. AND, oh yeaaa, happy 11th to, seriously, one of the country’s best bottle shops🍻🥳

A beautiful lambic, which has a full flavour sharpness of raspberry which gives this a thirst quenching beer. A real summer or hot weather beer as you want this as a thirst quencher fabulous lambic. It has a sour and sharpness but even balanced

Only had on draught before. This 37.5 ml bottled 30/03/22. Still extraordinary, but maybe could do with another year or two development in bottle to bring out full musty funk.

Bottled 9Jun22. Jammy raspberries, slight funk with nicely balanced acidity. Very tasty treat to find locally

Been keeping this as a celebration beer - but being alive and well and spending time with people you like has to be an occasion. Beautifully sharp and fruity.
