Tart, creamy and sour. Red stone fruits like cherry 🍒 and even dark chocolate 🍫 . A little hash finish.

Huge stuff ! The feeling of precision is super high level. The acidity is dry and direct, a bit herbal and also , a kind of saltiness. A lot of love here.

Bastante compleja, olor y sabor bastante ácido, bien de acético, luego sale el afrutado de la frambuesa, tiene toques funky, agrios y terrosos. Cuerpo ligero, sin amargor y casi seca.

Dug this as it warmed up. Jammy raspberry and some musty funk with some acidity that never overwhelmed. Always a treat to have Cantillon.

This particular bottle was almost undrinkable. Very vinegary tart, and overwhelmingly musty and a bit metallic. Purchased and consumed at a good bar so don’t think they stored it incorrectly. Perhaps infected batch?

tons of raspberries, quite sour, mild funk. even though i think i prefer non-fruited lambics, this is so fucking good
