Probably my favourite Rosé de Gambrinus I've had yet. Less tart than usual. One of the most natural raspberry expressions I've had in a lambic.

Freshly bottled at the brewery. Fruity nose. The beer starts very fruity. Tons of raspberries with not much carbonation. Deeply fruity. Great sour fresh raspberries with horse blanket funk in the back. Great fruitiness.

Pfff wat een heerlijke spul! Hele sterke frambozen geur, smaak ook duidelijk aanwezig en die heerlijke zuurtje… Dat is echt puur genieten!

3rd taster. Sharp fresh raspberries, cheesy funk, absolutely superb. Conflicting advice on fruited Lambic (depending on who you talk to) but general consensus is they are better drunk fresh. Can't get much fresher than this.

10 Jan 2022, 375ml. Tart berries, very seedy, good funk, fairly acidic- but the acidity does a bit better when it has a chance to decant a bit.

Profumo di frutta rossa, ma insistendo di sente la parte scriva. Al gusto una sorpresa: lampone in tutte le forme, con una nota funky morbida. Rosa, molto accattivante. Fresca, beverina, con pochissimo amaro. Notevole
