Splendid, certainly fairly acidic compared to fresh, apricots haven't fallen off all that much. Plenty of peppery funk has developed in the interim.

Everything that I could want in a wild apricot beer. First Cantillon beer to boot. Could taste every part of the fruit and the acidity wasn’t overpowering or vinegary.

5 year birthday for this 5 year old beer. It’s great. Lots of of tart stone fruit up front. You get the skin and flesh of a peach. It finishes just a touch barn yard-y. It’s great. Thanks Ty A.

Better than it was fresh but this is still easily the worst vintage of fou I've had. Last bottle and doubt I'll ever revisit

Hiskeligt god. Relativt torr med en äkta smak av aprikos som inte tar över. En fräsch dryck som man inte bara häller i sig utan att tänka på hur den var gjord och hur lång tid den fått på sig att bli det den är idag. Kul!!

Surprisingly much fruit after 5 years. It's also got a rather sharp sourness though, which is a slight detraction.

5 year diff makes it more flavorful and less Sour, depends if you like it that way, still veeery good

Double saveur : ma première fou, la pinte avec laquelle j'ai arrose la naissance de la 3ème. Funky, abricot plutôt léger mais pas étonnant vu l'âge. Bien content d'avoir goûté ça !

Gotta admit this is better than what we’ve had at the brewery (which is usually first-year stuff.) So smooth & balanced. (Stefan looks like the supervillain Masslager Lars.)

29Aug2016. Faded fruit remaining as skin rather than flesh. Heavy, sweet oak, almond nuttiness, lemon zest, medium funk. Thicker body than I remember previous bottles having (or maybe that's the gentle carb + fluffy body). Good even 5yrs later.

Always so approachable. Lambic kind of took over the fruit in this bottle, but it was still fantastic
