9 Mar 22 bottling. Nice creamy carbonation, surprisingly mild acidity (probably because I can barely taste the cherries). Normally a bottle this fresh would be bursting with jammy goodness. Sadly, this isn’t the case here.

Too sour for my taste. But it reminded me of a wine meat sauce, that has caramelized and with cherries. So it could pair nicely with a fatty piece of meat.

Beautiful hazy red. Sour, strong cherry flavor, with a slight vegetalness - reminds me of a great Italian soda with a squeeze of lemon. Easy to drink, with some complexity.

Wunderbarer Geruch, ich mag ja Sauerkirschen. Aber etwas zu viel unausgeglichene Säure und zu eindimensional.
