Nice little treat after backpacking for six days in Tweedsmuir. Bottled 9 March 2022.

Dzikie: końska derka mocno, a nawet lekka gnojówka, owoce, przyprawy, kiszonka, trochę jogurtowe. Wiśnie, takie przyjemne, świeże, prawdziwe. Może w tle odrobina drewna. Kwaśne, lekko cierpkie. Delikatne wrażenie słodyczy, ale generalnie jest wytrawne.

Hyper gourmand, cerise ronde et mûre, rondeur cassée par une acidité équilibrée et des notes de funk bien sur le cuir qui complexifient le tout. Indémodable.

Ich bin ja so ein Fan von bodenständigen künstlerischen Bildern bei so edlen Tropfen. Zwetschgen und ein Hauch von Zimt - wieder so ein „winterlicher“ Kriek. Angenehm leichte Tartness, Brett, fruchtig und leicht mineralisch. Cantillon bockt IMMER. 4,3

Pleasant on the nose, ripe cherries, jam, cherry skin, light sweetness, floral notes, a touch of vanilla; Taste: very soft carbonation, medium light body, starts with sweet - sour flavor, cherries are gentle, vanilla, lemon juice, drying finish, no funk

Körsbären är milda i smaken och inte så syrliga. Saknar djupet i smakerna som kommer efter några års lagring. Men en väldigt ung och trevlig Kriek.

La blinde de cerises, c'est vraiment bien gourmand. Toujours ce côté amande/noyau en arrière bouche. En fond, léger goût d'étable et petite acidité complètent la palette.

375ml BC. Bottled 14 February 2022. Increased 6.0% ABV this year. Always excellent tart lambic macerated in cherries with decent acidity.
