Exclusive blend for 2 restaurants in brussels. Its damn good for sure withal bright sourness and a surprisingly sharp bitterness. Paired perfect with my sandwich from Pistolet Original!

Perfect hangover cure. Pistolet américain and 2018 chouke. Citrusy and grassy on the nose. Quite tart. A bit musty and nice oak. Beautiful cantillon Gueuze character. Simple lambic, easy drinking. Sometimes the simplest are the best things! What a weekend

Fantastic geuze, as one would expect. Lovely subtle wood tones, great depth. But the “drink within 20 years” is disingenuous, given the artificial scarcity

Là celle là Marc nous a vraiment vraiment surpris. Ça disait lambic, ça disait pas lambic. Vraiment fresh comme produit très bright presque minéral. Grosse surprise au reveal. Merci Marc!
