Another fantastic batch, poured from a magnum this time. Strong but smooth tannins, tons of berries with elderberry upfront, dark cherries, tart cherries, bit of raspberry too. Oaky finish. Tue wine was still a little young but nonetheless very good

Yup. This is right how you’d want a fresh loon. Big juice. Bright funk. Clean and tart. Touch of salty hole (thanks Vin). Beautiful beer.
