J’ai vraiment adoré. Le raisin pop en bouche comme c’est pas possible. Côté poivré en bouche. Complexe en étant à la fois ultra pintable. C’est oui!

Profil ressemblant à Saint Lam dans un style vineux et raisin mais pas mal plus difficile à saisir. Notes de poivre et agave. Je n'étais pas prêt pour ça!

Definitely was expecting more funk and carbonation however was definitely pretty good ! I guess for the price it goes for was expecting it to be to the likes of lou Pepe series but didn’t quite hit that mark ! Still enjoyable for sure . Thanks Rory M.

Light body and delicate flavour. Some initial grape sweetness, with tannic red wine notes and oak in the background. Minimal funk and not particularly sour. Maybe not my preferred style of lambic.

Ik geef uit princiepe geen 5 op 5, maar heb getwijfeld...volledig mijn ding. Rokerige van die eiken vaten, zurige achteraan de mond. Top !
