Herbal and floral underneath, eucalyptus, thyme, earthy dried flowers and herbs. Dried white grapes. lightly tannic, spritzy and moderately sour at first. it’s a really unique fruit expression from the grape pomace blend

What a day, what a beer! This one has such a unique flavor! Mineral, with some herbal hints (thyme?) and a unique fruit flavor, reminds me of dry peel of “laranja da terra”, also some wood/oak flavor. Every sip a new discovery… my new favorite Cantillon!

Such a mind bending beer. It’s not at all like other wine beers in that it’s super stonefruity, you could almost not tell that it’s a wine beer except that it’s Radikon they’re working with, and then it makes total sense.
