Light and fruity, intense white grapes. Fine sour aftertaste. Danm, this is great.

7 Feb 2022. White wine vinegar, tart grape must, oak, not as funky as most Cantillons but there’s a nice bit of hay and mineral water.

Initially I detect fart/sulphur in the aroma but it dissipates rather quickly and turns into a slight funkiness with a subtle grape and horse blanket aroma along with some funky notes. I also detect some briny notes. Pretty unique lambic. Very nice.

Really vinegary and sour. Unlike Cantillon. Maybe a bad bottle.

Tart and funky peach and grapes; acidic and astringent on the body. Palate cleansed! Not my thing though.
