Very interesting, the cognac barrels come through differently than their other beers

The best Cantillon gueuze in a long time. Subtle cognac in the blend.

1/16/20. Another one of the bucket list. Thanks Ryan. Notes are perfumey florals, light cognac, Cantillon Gueuze, dusty blinds, lemon juice. Unbelievably complex bottle with a soft mouthfeel. Delicious. 4.6

Very good gueuze with hints of cognac/brandy, dont expect à 50N bis though, that is a gueuze with extra character

Wow. Thank you Kyle, you made my day with this unexpected surprise. Intriguing flavors of cognac and a mix of young and old lambic. Leather and brett came out easily so classy. I think it’s young and should be even more better in years. 4.40

Solid gueuze. Great blend, sweet finish.

Cognac behoorlijk minimaal. (Nog) weinig funk maar heeft toch een erg fijne balans.

Fun to try, very mellow, fingers crossed I can try it again to see how it ages

Agree with Devin: grapefruit, funk, and cork must. Here for it though

Grapefruit and light funk, no barrel but musty and corky on the finish 😞

Unbelievablely delicious. Funk factor on point. Aroma hints that it will be harsh on the palate, but it's gentle and delicate.
