Not sure what's better. Whale of whales or unreleased bottles. Everyone is sure to enjoy this once it's released. The cognac gives this something that your typical one off doesn't. Happy with how this came out.

Young, bright, floral. This needs time to develop a more complex funk. I’m excited to revisit this in 5 years.

Cognac behoorlijk minimaal. (Nog) weinig funk maar heeft toch een erg fijne balans.

Very good gueuze with hints of cognac/brandy, dont expect à 50N bis though, that is a gueuze with extra character
