Very juicy, some sulphury acidity, mild grape skin tannic notes. Leather and tobacco in aftertaste. Blackcurrant after some opening and aeration. Very complex, really nice brew with different layers

Quite sublime….solid cherry notes and well balanced acidity. Slight funk on the back…aftertaste has very subtle liquorice notes. Banging

Just amazing. A bit like the Pasta E Basta, it’s super vinous yet retains some balance and feels like a Lambic rather than a red wine. Cherry, blackberries, leafy, tannins. Gorgeous grapes.
