One of my favorites this week end, more complexity than Signora imho, more tannins too. Elderberry, black currant, a little cherry, oak, almost a slight touch of mushroom (in a good way), long smooth tannic finish. Looking forward to revisit it later

Almost on the borderland between light wine and lambic: you might be able to sell it as a natural light red, like a Beaujolais.

Yesterday backlog - Pretty similar to Signorina, a bit too young, but great tho 😉 Bottled 26.10.2021

More centered than the Signorina one. Salami skin all over on the nose, the lambic base is more complex and remains present during the sip, Ciliegiolo does what it has to, with cherries and sweetness. Nice indeed. A "bitchy Lamvinus" 🤣 4.35

More wine than beer. Soft. Thanks to the fella who hooked me up

Cherry and grapes. Don’t know how that is possible without cherry but it’s awesome
