Canti Fonte Pasta E Basta

Lambic - Fruit

The beer is a blend of 80% of lambic matured with fresh Sangiovese grapes and 20% lambic fermented with pomace from 3 white grape varieties: Malvasia, Trebbiano, and Vermentino. The beers were fermented separately and blended after fermentation.

Gajan Sivarajah

The best red wine Lambic I’ve had by Cantillon. Vinous but still retains elements of the underlying Lambic on taste. Super complex yet retains lightness. Glorious.

Dry, quite vinous, loads of red wine character. Smooth with a somewhat acidic edge and some tannic character. Really nice blend of flavors.
