' but in a good way ' 😅

Same impression like we had at Quintessence last year. Some heavy and macerated grapes like dried pomace taste, and a very thin polish nail mark. Anyway it doesn’t disturb you and the tartness make it over. Longlasting like grapefruit juice. 4.20

Deeper layered grape character, more similar to a wine. More body. Small hint of vinegar

750mL bottle, 2021 cork, at Ma Che Siete, May 2, 2024. Clear, bright hay-maize-golden. Instantly-fizzling head leaves a tiny ring. Bright and juicy grape with excellent Brett and lactic acidity. Funky, not phenomenally so, with malt depth.

Beer of the event for many I spoke to. Beautiful soft wine grape expression, perfect food pairing.

This is great. Deep lemon sherbet yeasty nose. Little volatile kick on the nose. Great mineral length to this, the champagne really comes through. Delicate softness but beautifully integrated volatile acidity lifts. Fave of the day
