Enda bedre balanse enn sist. Mer lambik og noe mindre champagne.

A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc wine and 2 year old lambic. A collab with Domsine Tariant. Loved it.

Lci Quintessence. Absolute winnaar.

Hard to describe this beautiful collab with Tarlant champagne winery. Typical pinot notes (noir/blanc). Cheers!

Wow. Restant de Quintessence part. 2. Hybride lambic/champagne.

Winey grapey pinot chardonnay notes. Around the Cantillon usual core. Dry finish. Balanced and elegant.

Deeply funky, cheesy. Lactic acid taste and feeling in throat. Drying on palate. Lingering winey vinegar taste got just a touch too strong as it sat. Woody barrel aroma emerged too. Super complex, offering something new on each sip. A star Cantillon!
