Clean and light, felt that it finishes too quickly, but maybe my taste buds were a bit spoilt (brat) at that juncture. Still nice for a mid day drink though

4.1. honestly a little flat… some cheesy funk, some grass and earth, maybe a little apricot stone. just expecting more

I was taken aback at first by the lack of carbonation. Apparently that's how unblended lambics are bottled! Sour but tasty. Beautiful color.

Petit apéro pour la fête du beau-père qui a raté le tirage! Ça surprend toujours du tranquille même quand tu le sais! Un peu beurre/pommes vertes. Peu sûre.

A bit light on carbonation and more time in the bottle would likely do this good. Wish we could take it back and cellar it but the weight and space make it impossible. The taste is young but the flavor is, again, there. A lot of similarities.Side-by-side?
